About the event
Join us for the first authenticiTEA in-person meetup in Northbrook! If you’re interested in showing up as your authentic self to connect deeply with others, shine your light, and explore your darkness, then this is for you.
The Game Plan
We will start with introductions while we brew our tea.
Then, learn a simple hands-on healing technique called Bio-Touch, which has been scientifically proven to reduce stress hormones in the body.
After we have all practiced Bio-Touch by giving and receiving we will move on to sharing authenticly. Topics include how we are showing up for ourselves and sharing about how we are feeling for the up coming holidays season. This is a safe place to be real and raw with our emotions.
We will close with a few alchemy tricks to staying in bliss for the holidays.
