Healing Sound Waves

Immerse yourself in healing vibrations as Kai Cox gently plays a variety of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. Let the different frequencies wash over you, clearing and balancing your energetic field and allowing healing to take place where it is needed. Whether you regularly go to sound healing or this is your first time hearing of it, if this event speaks to you, then we hope you will join. This event is being hosted at Grandpa‘s Place in Glenview, and we are all so grateful for their generous hospitality.

Guests will be lying on the floor of the private upstairs room, so please bring anything that will help you be comfortable. A yoga mat, blanket, pillows, or anything else you can think of are encouraged. The event starts at 2:30 and will be followed by a group early dinner or late lunch (linner if you will) for those who would like to join. TWith this being the first Awaken Innate Healing event at Grandpas, we have decided to do the event for free to celebrate the winter solstice. We hope you will stay for a bit to eat or drink.

Taking place the day before the winter solstice, let’s come together to celebrate the beautiful fall we were given and look forward to the winter to come.
