Sound Healing with Kaileen Cox at the Dojo

Join Kaileen Cox on Sunday, June 5th at 1 pm to relax and recharge with sound healing. This in-person sound healing experience will take place at North Shore Aikido inside Fitness Hero- 2909 MacArthur Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062, USA

What to bring: we will be lying on padded mats, but I would still recommend one blanket to lay on and one to cover you in case you get cold since that can be a natural response to sound healing. Also, bring a pillow or an eye pillow to be as comfortable as possible. Please wear comfy clothes. Otherwise, please come as you are a beautiful being having a human experience.
