About the event
Immerse yourself in an experience of sound and yoga at this special event, Saturday July 15th. Kaileen Cox of "Awaken Innate Healing" and Sue Coogan of “Spring Soul Wellness” will be hosting this special class together, combining gentle movement and breathwork with the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums and vocal cords to help foster feelings of healing, space, and calm.
